About Me

As a Chartered Psychologist, I’m passionate about supporting individuals and teams to thrive. My work is rooted in a relational, systemic approach that recognises the complexity of human experience — particularly in emotionally demanding roles. My work blends psychological understanding with practical application, drawing on over two decades of experience across supervision, coaching, psychotherapy, and organisational consultancy.

My journey began in residential childcare, where I first witnessed the profound impact of reflective practice and support. I went on to establish a psychotherapy and counselling practice that continues to inform my integrative approach today. Since then, I’ve worked with frontline professionals, senior leaders, and teams across health, education, justice, and corporate sectors in Ireland and the UK.

I’ve designed and delivered bespoke training programmes on supervision, leadership, wellbeing, and team dynamics — shaped by both practice and teaching experience, including third level lecturing where I developed and delivered Master’s-level modules on Human Factors in Emergency Management, and Managing People Performance to Master’s students at Dublin City University and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

My academic background includes a Master’s in Work & Organisational Psychology, a Master’s in Systemic Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching, and a BPS-accredited Certificate in Clinical Supervision. I am deeply committed to professional development and regularly draw on further training in supervision, trauma-informed practice, constellation work, group processes, and reflective facilitation as part of my integrative approach.

I have successfully defended my PhD viva at Dublin City University, with graduation expected in October. My research explores trust breaches between leaders and followers, with a focus on the emotional and motivational processes that shape how people respond. This academic grounding strengthens my ability to integrate evidence-based insight into real-world practice.

At the heart of my work is the belief that reflective spaces, when held safely and relationally have the power to restore, clarify & transform. I offer supervision, coaching, therapeutic support, and training to those navigating challenging roles and committed to meaningful growth.

My Approach

Whether in supervision, coaching, therapeutic support or training, my approach is reflective, relational, and systemic. I create safe spaces for people to think deeply, explore complexity, and build emotional and professional resilience. Grounded in psychological insight and informed by lived experience, I support those navigating demanding roles to pause, reconnect, and grow — with clarity, compassion, and care.

My Special Interest

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to supporting those in the health, education, and social care sectors – where emotional labour is high, complexity is constant, and reflective space is often limited. I offer supervision, coaching, therapeutic support, and training to individuals and teams working in these environments, helping to build resilience, deepen insight, and sustain compassionate, values-led practice.

Much of my work involves facilitating reflective spaces for frontline staff, operational teams, and senior leaders – creating the conditions for insight, relational depth, and renewed energy for the work. Whether you’re navigating systemic challenges, leadership dilemmas, or the personal impact of your role, I offer a collaborative and psychologically informed approach to help you reflect, recover, and reconnect with what matters.

Alongside organisational work, I also see private clients for psychotherapy and coaching, offering a compassionate and attuned space to explore personal challenges, transitions, and patterns that shape life and work. Whether you are a practitioner, leader, or individual in a time of change, I bring a relational, systemic lens to support meaningful and lasting growth.
